This website, radiher.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Complacenciaa ("we", "us", "our"), a proprietorship firm registered in India under GSTIN 07BGKPG0937P2ZY.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Products, Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Product images are for illustration. Minor variation in colour, shade, finish, or packaging may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing batch differences.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
  • All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you and issue a full refund for that item.

3. Payment Options

Cash on Delivery (COD): The full order value is payable to the delivery agent at the time of delivery, in cash or by UPI, subject to the facilities available with our courier partner in your area. The shipment will not be handed over until payment is made in full.

Prepaid: Where a prepaid option is offered at checkout, you pay the full order value online at the time of purchase. Payments made online are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card details, UPI credentials, PIN, OTP, or net banking passwords at any time.

If an amount is debited but your order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway, typically within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with your transaction reference and we will assist.

Refusal of a COD order: Placing a COD order creates a binding obligation to accept delivery and pay the stated amount. Repeated refusal of COD shipments may result in COD being disabled for your address or contact number on future orders.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, a pricing or listing error, an unserviceable delivery location, or a history of refused deliveries. If we decline an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery timelines, return eligibility, and refund processing are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos, page layout, and the "Body Ease" brand identity — is the property of Complacenciaa and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Site to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data by automated means, place fraudulent or speculative orders, or engage in any activity that is unlawful or that interferes with the Site's operation.

8. Product Use and Safety

Our products are intended for ordinary domestic use. Please follow any instructions, warnings, or care guidance supplied with the product. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from misuse, improper assembly, use contrary to instructions, or use for a purpose the product was not designed for.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, courier network disruption, regulatory action, or failure of payment or logistics infrastructure.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complacenciaa, its proprietor, employees, and partners against any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
