Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which Body Ease (operated by Comp Digital) ships orders placed on radiher.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after 4:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or non-serviceable addresses. In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full within 7–14 business days.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, Ekart, Bluedart, and India Post, depending on the customer's location and serviceability.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch (not from order date):

  • Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote locations, North East, J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar: 8–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, regional disruptions, public holidays, festivals, or force majeure events. We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by delivery delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) handling charges, where applicable, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to orders meeting the stated minimum order value.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to reflect on the courier partner's website.

6. Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and reachable shipping address along with a valid mobile number.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses, undelivered due to incomplete address details, or undelivered due to an unreachable contact number.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are not possible.

7. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept, incorrect address, or non-payment of COD amount, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • For COD orders that are refused or undelivered, the customer may be blocked from placing future COD orders.
  • For prepaid orders returned due to customer fault, shipping charges and any handling fees will be deducted from the refund. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7–14 business days.
  • Re-shipment of an RTO order is not automatic and requires fresh confirmation and applicable shipping charges from the customer.

8. Non-Serviceable Areas

  • Some PIN codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases, we will inform the customer and offer a refund (for prepaid orders) or order cancellation (for COD orders).

9. International Shipping

  • We currently ship only within India. We do not accept international orders.

10. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible and immediately notify us at support@radiher.com with photographs of the damaged packaging.
  • For damaged or lost-in-transit claims after delivery acceptance, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the required documentation and timelines.

11. Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple products may be split into separate shipments depending on stock availability and warehouse location. Customers will be notified of any split shipment via email.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, courier strikes, civil unrest, or technical failures.
